This CD has been specially designed to be an informative and performance enhancing way of looking at our inner motivation.
With cycling having grown in popularity recently, there is simply more competition out there. This means we need to find new ways to enhance our performance to achieve our true potential.  About the author
Andrew R. Burrell lives in the village of Lindfield near Haywards Heath, West Sussex, England. His keen enthusiasm for competitive cycling goes back three generations in his family.
Andrew's Grandfather Charles Burrell was an Eastern Counties Cycling Association best all rounder, he was also a member of the British Olympic Cycling Team at the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam; meanwhile Andrew's Grandmother Gladys Burrell competed in time trials from 10 miles to 12 hours with the popular London club the Rosslyn Ladies Cycling Club where she held the position of secretary, and helped to pioneer the cause for women's cycle racing in the days when most cycling clubs didn't allow women to even become members, let alone compete in races.
Andrew's father Howard Burrell raced at first category level in the 1960's and was British Cycling Federation Division Champion at both road and pursuit.
Together with his brother Charles and sisters Marianna and Victoria, Andrew raced in the UK and in Europe in the 1990's. During this time his sisters won several championships at youth level.
Andrew trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and motivational coach in the Scottish Highlands and currently runs his own motivational practice from a farm in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
